About the role

The role covers the full gamut of employee requirements for business, from advisory to litigation to corporate restructures.  In addition to providing day to day employment advice, you may be involved in assisting clients to resist unlawful industrial action through to assisting with proceedings in courts and tribunals as well as work associated with enterprise bargaining.

About you

We are looking for lawyers with 1-4 years’ experience in employment law and and/or industrial relations, either with a firm or in house. In addition to your sound technical skills, you will have strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
