High performing ASX listed company seeking a Legal Counsel for its team

Your new role
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a committed, enthusiastic, commercially minded and solutions driven lawyer to join its high performing in-house team on a full time basis.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will help promote the commercial success of the business by delivering timely and pragmatic advice on legal matters. This broad and dynamic role will include advising on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, M&A, competition and consumer law issues, IP issues, litigation and dispute resolution.
Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will ideally have 4 to 6 years’ post admission experience gained at a well recognised firm or in-house team.
Strong communication skills, commercial acumen, ability to think critically, and the ability to work autonomously are essential attributes for the role.
