An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior to mid level employment and industrial relations lawyer to join the cohesive and supportive legal team of a leading Australasian business.

The successful candidate will provide legal advice to the business on a broad range of workplace relations and employment law matters including: advising on employment contracts and policies, industrial instruments, investigations and performance management; providing legal and strategic recommendations regarding implications of significant workplace changes; managing workplace relations disputes; and collaborating with the business in relation to compliance with workplace relations legal requirements.

Specialist workplace relations experience, strong communication skills, commercial acumen, ability to think critically, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential attributes for the role.

This position offers the opportunity to undertake interesting specialist work in a supportive and flexible environment that encourages professional development, autonomy and work/life balance.
