Lisa Gazis has over 20 years legal search experience and is the Managing Director of Mahlab in Sydney. She works with leading Australian and international companies and law firms, government departments, NGO’s and not for profits. Lisa is passionate about securing successful outcomes for both employer clients and lawyers.

Lisa enjoys creating lasting relationships with lawyers and employers. As a trusted advisor, she works hard and delivers lawyers who meet her client’s cultural and professional business needs. She also helps lawyers to take their next career step within the law or, to transition to commercial and senior management positions as well as, offer them guidance and career management services.

Lisa likes to give back to the profession and shares her knowledge and experience. She frequently comments on legal talent market issues including remuneration benchmarking, legal talent management and market trends including challenges facing the traditional working model, disruption in the legal industry and changes in the operation of legal teams.
