Having originally qualified and worked as a lawyer, Matthew works with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality and provides a consultative approach to both candidates and clients. He thoroughly enjoys assisting professionals find the next challenge in their careers and working closely with clients to contribute to the success of their organisation. 

Outside work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his young family, captaining the Melbourne Cricket Club in the Victorian Premier competition and watching the Hawks win premierships.
