Nalini is a Director and is passionate about creating positive outcomes for both lawyers and clients alike. She successfully manages senior search assignments for ASX listed corporations, private companies, government entities and boutique – to global – law firms.

Nalini has worked in the legal industry since completing her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Bachelor of Laws degrees. After working in private practice as a Senior Associate, Nalini relocated from her home town of Adelaide to Melbourne in 2002 and has been part of the Mahlab family ever since.

Nalini gets great satisfaction from solving the recruitment puzzle for her clients, and creating a positive candidate experience through the provision of advice and guidance that always embodies our key values of ethics, professionalism and respect.
