Nick Robertson is a Director at Mahlab, where he specialises in legal executive search and recruitment. Nick leads senior in-house legal search assignments for Australian and international organisations across a broad range of industries.

Nick also advises leading law firms on partner and senior lawyer appointments, drawing on deep market intelligence and a nuanced understanding of the legal profession. His expertise spans both private practice and corporate legal markets, allowing him to provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership appointments.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from The University of Queensland (2007) and began his career as a lawyer in private practice. He went on to work with leading international legal search firms across Australia and Asia before joining Mahlab in 2018.

Outside of work, Nick stays active through CrossFit and swimming, making the most of Sydney’s coastal lifestyle.
