Nicola Bodor began her career in legal search with Mahlab in 2017 and has since gained experience working with both corporate and law firm clients.

She graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts. Nicola was an Associate to the Honourable Justice Graham in the Federal Court of Australia and spent several years as a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A teams at King & Wood Mallesons and Herbert Smith Freehills.

Nicola’s experience working as a lawyer working in private practice means that she understands how important it is to partner with a legal search professional who understands the industry.

She enjoys spending time getting to know the candidates she works with, listening to and helping them define their career aspirations, and working together to map the pathway to help them achieve their goals.

Nicola is one of Mahlab’s resident health and fitness fanatics and an aspiring super-Mum to two gorgeous girls. Good thing she enjoys running, because they keep her on her toes.
